Digital & Transformation Lead
Hi my name is Adi, I am the New Digital Transformation Lead. I was born in India and moved to the U.K. when I was four years old. I love tennis, and Star Wars. I joined the PCN in July. My role is intended to support transformation in general practice. Transformation of general practice is essential to support good access to care for patients, to enable staff to work effectively, to enable at-scale delivery of care and to support the overall sustainability of general practice services. I identify opportunities to make tangible positive transformation, and provide the inspiration, resource and tools to deliver changes in a collaborative way. As well as Develop and manage an overall transformation plan for the PCN, including identifying interdependencies, managing risks, considering the potential impacts on the wider organisation, and determining resource requirements. My main focus is to help in aiding better patient access.

Creating the Instagram Account for the PCN
Supporting patients experiencing Digital Poverty
Helping Practice Managers with compliance and Quality Improvement
Helping utilise the Enhanced Access to its full capability
Looking at G.P. Access
I am currently looking at building the PCN Website. I am also evaluating new software.
I work with a great team Tyrone, Sam, Sangeeta and Rachel. If I could sum us up it would be fist, due to there being five of us, and we all work for B&SH CIC.
